With 15 years of experience in the field, you can rest assured we’ll be able to diagnose your problem, explain it thoroughly, and provide options for repair. We charge a competitive hourly rate that will be provided upon contact. Most of the time, the diagnostic process can be done over the phone with videos or pictures from you. We do not charge for this, saving you time and money.

Operations/Maintenance Plans
Rainwater collection systems can vary widely in scale and levels of usage. We are willing and able to customize an operation and maintenance plan that meets the unique needs and demands of your system. We also offer the following yearly service plan program with scheduled, quarterly visits.
4 scheduled visits/Year
Includes filters and replacement UV bulb
Detailed written report provided after every visit
Discounted rates for any additional repair services needed-Services Performed at each visit
Visual inspection of gutters
visual inspection of all downspouts
Drain collection piping system
Clean or Replace First-Flush components where necessary
Inspect and clean Pre-Filtration screens/baskets where necessary
Visual tank and tank pad inspection
Provide and Install new filters and UV bulb on a set schedule

Inspections
We will thoroughly inspect your system and provide you with a comprehensive written report. These are often needed for home sales but can also be incredibly helpful to new homeowners or property managers inheriting an existing system.

To be clear, we DO NOT install new rainwater harvesting systems.
